The successful candidate holds an MSN, at least three years of leadership experience in healthcare, and RN licensure. The position is full-time, salary range shown, with comprehensive benefits and exempt hours.

Qualifications

• Master's of science in nursing degree.
• Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Registered Nurse - NJ.
• Strong writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage a large amount of activity and several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exempt Hours

Responsibilities

• Support organizational shared governance structure and mentor staff and leaders in governance practices.
• Support recognition of clinical staff and clinical initiatives and develop recognition programs.
• Participate in clinical research and evidence-based practice initiatives and disseminate programs at conferences/publications.
• Analyze quality data metrics and develop programs to improve outcomes and maintain databases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical practice toward optimal outcomes.
• Promote shared governance and educational initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
