Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Five years of acute care experience.
• Two years of research experience.
• CITI training completed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes professional development of clinical staff and serves as a role model for evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates system-wide education on research activities.
• Assists in preparation of abstracts and manuscripts and disseminates findings.
• Chairs the Research and EBP Committee and participates in governance meetings.
• Mentors in research activities and supports grant development.
• Analyzes statistical data and mentors staff in analyses.
