Job summary
Capital Health seeks a Nurse Leader to support governance, clinical excellence, and program development. The role mentors staff, leads recognition initiatives, and contributes to research and quality improvement across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The successful candidate will have an MSN, NJ RN credential, and at least three years of leadership experience within a healthcare system. Strong communication, collaboration, and MS Office skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Master's of science in nursing degree is required.
- Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Mentor staff and leaders in shared governance practice.
- Attend governance meetings and guide project development.
- Develop recognition programs for clinical staff and initiatives.
- Support clinical research and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Analyze quality data metrics and help improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical practice.
- Participate in educational initiatives promoting governance and excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
