Job summary

FVI School of Nursing and Technology is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage student clinical placements, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple platforms. The role supports clinicians, faculty, and partners to deliver high-quality clinical learning experiences.

You will collaborate with the clinical learning team to track hours, manage schedules, and communicate requirements to students and faculty, while upholding confidentiality and mission

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Three+ years as a coordinator or administrative support role.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Experience with data entry, records, and compliance.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving for process improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements and assign students to sites.
• Submit and track placements across CCPS, Rotation Manager, Complio, SilkRoad, MyClinicalExchange.
• Match students to sites based on requirements, availability and capacity.
• Maintain and update clinical schedules, hours, and participation records.
• Monitor compliance clearance requirements and communicate outstanding items.
• Provide students with assignment information, clearance instructions, and deadlines.
