Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license for the state where services are performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and patient/caregiver education.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling and other administrative duties for full caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership to ensure cohesive patient care.
