Essentia Health is seeking a Physical Therapist at the EH North Fargo Clinic. The role evaluates, plans, treats, and implements care for patients following professional standards and practice guidelines. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or on-call.

Licensure in the state is required. Compensation ranges from $79,497.60 to $119,246.40 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401(k).

• Current license in the state performing services.
• FTE: 1 position.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy evaluation, treatment planning, treatment, patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full caseload of patients.
• Provides ancillary/administrative duties including documentation, billing, and scheduling management.
• Communicates professionally and supervises support staff per organization policies.
• Complies with the organization code of conduct and core ethics.
• Flexes to other departments to serve patients where need is highest.
• Delivers staff education and participates in committees and onboarding.
