Job summary

Essentia Health in Moorhead, MN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement care for patients. The role requires a PT degree from an accredited program and a current state license, with responsibilities spanning evaluation, treatment planning, education, and discharge planning.

Clinic hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend rotation. A full caseload includes documentation, billing, scheduling, and supervision of staff, all within Essentia

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of service.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation and develop treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Document, bill, schedule and perform other administrative duties for a full caseload.
• Demonstrate professionalism and supervise support staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with Essentia Health leadership and referring physicians for cohesive patient care.
• Follow organizational policies and code of conduct.
• Flex to other departments when needed to meet patient needs.
• May serve as clinical instructor and pursue credentialing that benefits patient care.
