Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System in the Chicago area seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. You will maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu, perform crisis intervention, facilitate group meetings, coordinate transportation, assist with discharge planning, and help recruit staff.

This role also oversees program implantation, staff training and scheduling, and requires a Master’s degree and licensure in LCPC or LCSW with CADC preferred;

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology or any Human Health related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents and adults.
• Licensed Clinician: LCPC or LCSW; CADC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu and perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate group meetings, coordinate patient transportation and assist discharge planning.
• Support department recruitment, program implementation, staff training and scheduling.
