LGTC Group, P.C. is a CARF-accredited behavioral health organization serving children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, IOP, PHP, and residential levels of care in the Bay Area.

The Clinical Manager will lead clinical staff, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate services across San Jose and Burlingame sites. The role requires active CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PsyD/PhD) and 2–3 years of pediatric behavioral health experience, with supervisory responsibilities and strong

Formación

• Active, unrestricted California clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting; IOP or PHP experience strongly preferred; direct clinical experience with children ages 6-12.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time clinical guidance and supervision to therapists and behavioral health staff.
• Lead case consultations and support complex clinical decision-making across the treatment team.
• Oversee daily programming and ensure groups and services run on schedule for children ages 6-12.
• Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, and program leadership during critical events.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new clinical staff.
