Qualifications

• Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Master's degree required.
• CADC certification required (IAODAPCA or ICRC).
• Familiarity with Illinois Confidentiality Act and Mental Health Code; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate group meetings and coordinate patient transportation.
• Assist with discharge planning and department recruitment.
• Implement programs, provide training, and manage the schedule.
