Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System in Chicago seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. This role demands ensuring a safe milieu, crisis intervention, and coordination of patient transport, discharge planning, and recruitment.

The candidate will implement programs, train staff, and manage the department schedule, supporting inpatient, partial and outpatient services across age groups. LCPC/LCSW licensure is required with CADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, sociology or related health field.
• At least 3 years of inpatient psychiatric hospital experience.
• Licensed clinician: LCPC or LCSW; CADC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Perform crisis intervention when needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and coordinate patient transportation.
• Assist with discharge planning and program recruitment.
• Implement programs, provide staff training, and manage department schedule.
