The role involves prescription processing, inventory maintenance, patient data handling, and site upkeep. Responsibilities include assisting with training, ensuring accurate counts, packaging, labeling, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (documents, formatting, tracking).
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (currency formatting, basic functions).
• Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (slides, text, formatting).

Responsabilités

• Process prescription refills for drugs and high-risk preparations, counts, pours and labels.
• Process new drug prescriptions and ensure accurate preparation and labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, validate received supplies and schedule deliveries.
• Collect and maintain patient data for assessments and respond to routine questions.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and organize supplies.
