Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and calibrations.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information for planning materials and prescriptions.
• Stock and store supplies, review expiration dates, identify shortages, pack materials.
• Schedule routine patient deliveries and ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
