Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic math and customer service skills.
• Must become licensed/registered within 6 months where required by state.
• Complete OCH training course within 6 months if licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process basic prescription refills per policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, and cleaning.
• Collect basic patient information to plan materials, equipment, and prescriptions.
• Support a positive patient experience by answering routine questions.
