Responsibilities

• Review and process prescription drug refill requests according to OCH policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing, and report defects.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information to plan materials and prescriptions.
• Support patient experience by answering questions and responding to basic requests.
• Receive and verify quantities of incoming supplies and materials; stock and track inventory.
• Pack and schedule routine patient deliveries; ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and laminar hood flows; organize supplies.
