Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Support role to assist with prescription processing, medication preparation, and patient service in a fast-paced environment. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will help ensure accurate operations and timely deliveries in Hudson, OH.

Responsibilities include dispensing assistance, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and providing courteous, informed patient interactions. The role requires strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Basic math calculations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review/validate prescription refill requests and process per policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection and cleaning.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information for planning materials and prescriptions.
• Ensure a positive patient experience by answering questions and requests.
• Receive and verify quantities of incoming supplies and materials; stock and track inventory.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and laminar hood flows; organize supplies.
