Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Licensed or registered within 6 months of hire (if required by state).
• Successful enrollment and completion of the OCH designated training course within 6 months of hire (if licensure/training is required by state).

Responsibilities

• Prescription & equipment preparation and processing per policies.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and inventory.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information for planning materials and prescriptions.
• Support site maintenance including cleanliness and organization.
