Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Support professional to assist pharmacists with prescription processing, medication preparation and equipment maintenance. You will collect patient information, answer basic queries and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, stocking supplies, and coordinating routine deliveries, while adhering to policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications & supplies.
• Assist with maintaining equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing.
• Schedule routine patient deliveries and track inventory.
