Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider, delivering comprehensive infusion services across all states. The role supports licensed pharmacists to ensure accurate pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will assist with prescription processing, patient support, inventory and site maintenance. A high school diploma and basic training are required, with opportunities for growth in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review/validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process per policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment via calibration, inspection, cleaning and reporting defects.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information to plan materials, supplies, equipment, and prescriptions.
• Schedule routine patient deliveries and ensure accurate data entry for inventory.
