Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate basic prescription refill requests and process according to policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, testing.
• Collect and maintain patient information for planning materials and prescriptions.
• Support a positive patient experience by answering questions.
• Manage inventory: receive, stock, track expiration dates, and pick/pack.
• Maintain site and supplies: clean surfaces and organize.
