Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD (required)
• Advanced pharmacy degree – Doctor of Pharmacy, Masters, Residency (preferred)
• Licensing as a pharmacist in the practicing state(s) (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and serve as a subject matter expert in area of specialty
• Lead clinical programs to improve patient care and optimize therapy
• Perform medication reviews and MTM to ensure safe use of medications
• Promote cost-containment and efficient pharmacy operations
• Educate patients and staff, and precept students and residents
