Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at West Hospital to deliver patient-centered care, optimize pharmacotherapy, and support clinical programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing and medical teams, with focus on safe, cost-effective therapy and education.

The position requires ACPE-accredited pharmacy education, licensure in the state, and acute care experience. Leadership exposure is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Formación

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD.
• Advanced pharmacy degree (PharmD, Masters) or Residency preferred.
• Current pharmacist license in the practicing state.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments with the care team.
• Administer medications safely per policy and practice guidelines.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure safe, cost-effective therapy.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and education to patients and staff.
