Job summary

The role requires a state pharmacist license, market-specific certifications, and at least two years of experience in pharmacy practice with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Market-specific medication administration certification required.
• Three certifications for patient-facing teammates: Immunization, BLS, and state ACPE-approved injectable program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs.
• Provide direct patient pharmaceutical care and counsel patients; supervise the pharmacy team.
• Coordinate schedules and workflows; direct daily team activities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state boards.
• Educate/train staff, residents, and students in clinical practices.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
