Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in Pomona, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise clinical pharmacy services across the organization. The role may include staff coverage and participation in department management as needed.

Required qualifications include a California-licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.

Formación

• Must hold a current valid license as a Registered Pharmacist in California and have a Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of clinical pharmacy practice experience in an acute care hospital.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate pharmacy staff with medical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with standard office and medical informatics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise clinical pharmacy services across the organization.
• Participate in department management functions and coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, hospital associates, and medical staff to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
