Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a senior clinical pharmacy leader to head advanced clinical pharmacy services within an academic medical center in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on directing day-to-day operations, developing pharmacists and residents, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize medication therapy. You will guide formulary management, implement evidence-based protocols, and lead quality improvement, medication safety, and regulatory compliance
