Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university outside the United States.
• FPGEC certification.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days of intern hours.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel patients on medication use, potential interactions and safety.
• Review, dispense and verify prescribed medications per regulations and policies.
• Assist in pharmacy workflow, inventory management and KPI reviews.
• Support immunization and wellness services and community outreach.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (outside the United States)

Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC)

Intern permit/certificate issued by the Board of Pharmacy

Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days
