Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a clinical pharmacologist to lead pharmacology data generation for multi-workflow projects. You will simulate PK/PD datasets, dosing regimens, and exposure–response relationships to ensure clinically plausible results that reconcile with efficacy and safety outcomes.

You will author dose selection rationales and content on drug interactions, while designing prompts, rubrics, and gold standards to evaluate AI agents on pharmacology tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacology or related field.
• Hands-on PK/PD work and exposure–response modeling.
• Experience supporting pre-market programs (Phases 1–3).
• Familiarity with protocols and SAPs for pharmacology data generation.

Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacology data generation across studies, including PK/PD datasets and dose regimens.
• Authorship of dose selection rationale, drug concentration and response sections, and interaction content.
• Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to evaluate AI performance on pharmacology tasks.
