Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a clinical pharmacologist to own pharmacology data generation and dose justification across PK/PD workflows for our early‑phase programs. You will also author dose selection rationale, drug concentration sections, and interaction content, while designing prompts and rubrics to validate AI outputs.

Location: US/Canada/France flexibility; 20–25 hours weekly, with 30+ preferred. Must have supported pre-market programs (Phases 1–3) and hands‑on PK/PD experience; first‑in‑human

Qualifications

• Must have supported pre-market (Phases 1–3) programs as a clinical pharmacologist.
• Hands-on PK/PD work with dose selection and escalation.
• Experience with exposure–response analysis.
• First‑in‑human experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work from protocol and SAP to produce pharmacology data for expert scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacology data generation across multiple workflows.
• Author dose selection rationale and content for reports and prompts.
• Design prompts, rubrics, and golden outputs to evaluate AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical plausibility.
