Corewell Health Lakeland Retail Pharmacy in St. Joseph, Michigan seeks a part-time Pharmacist to provide daily clinical pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients, including dosing, chart review, and patient education.

The role supports discharge medication coordination and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, with MI licensure and BLS certification; 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
ASHP-accredited residency in Pharmacy Practice preferred.
MI Pharmacist license required; State MI Pharmacy licensure.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) per AHA/ARC.

Responsibilities

Provide daily patient-focused clinical pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients, including medication dosing and chart review.
Enter orders and perform staff pharmacist duties; participate in committees and education programs.
Educate patients and community; provide clinical training to PharmD students as assigned.
Document interventions and adverse drug reactions accurately and timely.
