• Bachelor's in Pharmacy required; FPGEC Certification for foreign grads.
• 1 year of experience required OR 2 years as a registered pharmacist in health-system pharmacy.
• Current Virginia pharmacist license within 30 days of start date; BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support system.
• Collaborates with team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Provides optimal medication management and promotes medication safety.
• Prescribes and/or administers medications as allowed by law and scope of practice.
