UofL Health, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care across neonatal to geriatric patients, including medication order evaluation, drug distribution, and clinical interventions.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, supervise technicians, support formulary management, and participate in emergency drug therapy and patient education.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy (required).
• Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or three years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Licensed or license eligible as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (required).
• Current board certification in Pharmacy Specialties (preferred) and BLS/ACLS certifications may be required as determined by leadership (preferred).

• Reviews medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness and efficacy.
• Monitors drug therapy and provides pharmacokinetic consultations as required.
• Supervises technicians and mentors students and residents.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to optimize medication use.
