Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for outpatient services in Troy, MI. This part-time, PRN role involves delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care, supporting education, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe and effective therapy.

The pharmacist will oversee technicians, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to cost-effective medication management while complying with USP standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or Pharm.D. in pharmacy.
• Preferred residency training.
• 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy (or equivalent).
• LIC-Clinical Pharmacist - MI license required.
• LIC-Pharmacist Controlled Substance - MI license required.
• Immunization certification (APhA) for outpatient department.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care per professional standards and department policies.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns actively.
• Offer drug information, interventions, and recommendations to the care team.
• Document clinical activities and outcomes with financial considerations.
• Check for drug interactions and ensure safe therapy during order entry/review.
• Support medication preparation, distribution, and patient education.
