Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital in Dearborn, MI is seeking a part-time Pharmacist for the Dearborn Outpatient Pharmacy. This PRN role supports patient-centered pharmacotherapy, medication safety, and collaboration with the care team to optimize medication management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. is required.
• Residency training is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care according to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Offer safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmacotherapeutic recommendations.
• Assist in supervising Pharmacy Technicians and Interns as directed.
• Participate in planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of new programs and activities.
