Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to be at the forefront of patient care in the Troy, OH community. You will share clinical knowledge and work to the top of your license, engaging with patients and advocating for their wellbeing.

You will provide pharmaceutical care, counsel customers, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines while supporting the pharmacy team with best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and current license.
• Completion of ACPE accredited immunization training.
• Commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and programs as developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on proper customer service approaches.
