• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and safeguarding rails at every workstation.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and serve as proxy when needed during shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and label accuracy.
• Provide immunizations and support Pharmacy Technicians in learning to immunize.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and CVS Health policies.
