Job summary

Discount Drug Mart is seeking a Clinical Floater Pharmacist for a hybrid role combining MTM services with in-store retail pharmacy duties. You will perform comprehensive MTMs, conduct CMRs, TIPs/TMRs, and participate in immunizations and disease-state management across multiple locations.

The role requires dispensing, counseling, and maintaining excellent customer service while supporting clinical initiatives and payor programs.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited college with PharmD or BS.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license and minimum 2 years of experience.
• MTM or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTM services and CMRs to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float across Discount Drug Mart retail locations in the area.
• Dispense meds, counsel customers, and safeguard assets.
• Support immunization clinics and disease-state management.
• Document MTM interventions in required systems.
