Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacist in Ohio responsible for the safe dispensing of medications and providing clinical consults to patients and health professionals. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with care teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or PharmB and an Ohio license, with prior pharmacist experience and prefered closed-door/production setting. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (PharmD or PharmB) and current Ohio license.
• Experience as pharmacist required; closed-door/production pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and correct dispensing of prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx orders.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and answer Dr. call line.
• Supervise and execute incoming/outgoing prescription transfers.
• Perform DUR to identify MTM-eligible patients and plan interventions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Represent AnewHealth values in all interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
