Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacist for the third shift in Ohio to ensure accurate dispensing and safe supply of medications. You will provide clinical consults and comply with all legal and privacy requirements while supporting health care professionals and patients.

The role requires a PharmD or PharmD/Bachelor in Pharmacy and an active Ohio license, with prior pharmacist experience preferred in closed-door/production settings.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD/Bachelor in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Prior pharmacist experience, closed-door/production pharmacy preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx’s.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and ensure Dr. call line is answered.
• Supervise and execute incoming/outgoing prescription transfers.
• Perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and follow up with clinical interventions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and legal requirements.
