Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for the Cleveland, OH area to ensure accurate dispensing and safe medication supply for patients. The role involves clinical consultations with healthcare professionals and adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD with Ohio licensure, prior production/pharmacy experience, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This is a third-shift, full-time position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio required.
• Experience in a closed-door/production pharmacy is preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx orders.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals; answer physician calls.
• Supervise and execute prescription transfers.
• Perform DUR to identify MTM opportunities and intervene when needed.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
