Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company focused on complex, chronic care. The Pharmacist role ensures accurate dispensing, clinical consultations, and adherence to policies to safely supply medications to the public.

You will verify prescriptions and support healthcare professionals from a patient-centered approach. This full-time position requires an Ohio Pharmacist license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license is required.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx’s for correctness.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and respond to the Dr. call line.
• Supervise and perform prescription transfers (incoming/outgoing).
• Perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and legal requirements.
• Uphold company core values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
