AnewHealth in Ohio is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure accurate dispensing and safe medication supply to the public. You will provide clinical consults to patients and healthcare professionals, adhere to policies, and support MTM initiatives.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's and an active Ohio pharmacist license, with prior hospital/production pharmacy experience preferred. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD), required, Ohio license.
• Prior pharmacist experience, closed-door/production pharmacy preferred.
• Must hold a current Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.

Mansioni

• Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s.
• Communication with healthcare professionals and Dr. call line。
• Supervision and execution of prescription transfers.
• Perform DUR to identify MTM eligible patients and clinical interventions.
• Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
