Job summary

PharMerica is hiring a full-time Pharmacist in Taunton, MA to join our closed-door, non-retail pharmacy serving long-term care and senior living clients. You will review orders, provide clinical recommendations, and maintain patient profiles.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice (current and valid).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing desirable.
• Knowledge of CMS/DEA/FDA regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions.
• Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and staff.
• Maintain patient/resident profiles with meds, labs, and history.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in pharmacy practice.
