Endeavor Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient at Glenbrook Hospital. Part-time (40 hours per 2 weeks) with rotating day/evening shifts and weekends/holidays.

Licensed Illinois pharmacist required; PharmD preferred with residency or hospital experience. Responsibilities include dispensing per physician orders, providing drug information, preparing doses, and ensuring accuracy prior to dispensing.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist license.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent hospital experience preferred.
• Certification: N/A.
• At least 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist; or prior hospital experience.

Responsabilités

• Dispense medication in response to a physician's order.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug information, preparing doses and checking work by a technician prior to dispensing.
• Prepare, compound and dispense medication in line with policy and regulatory standards.

Hourly Pay Range: $59.50 - $92.23 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:

• License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist
• Education: PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience preferred
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: At least one year experience as a registered pharmacist; or previous hospital experience- limited time away from institutional practice

Skills:

• Ability to prioritize orders, perform multiple tasks and work in a team environment

What you will do:

• Dispense medication in response to a physician's order
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug information, preparing doses and checking work done by a technician prior to dispensing
• Prepare, compound and dispense medication consistent with department policy, and rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Pharmacy, Department of Public Health, and JCAHO
