LUX Infusion, an FDA‑registered, clinician‑led infusion care company, is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist onsite in Overland Park, KS. You will review prescriptions, manage medication regimens, counsel patients, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective therapies.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or ACPE‑accredited BS in Pharmacy, with active state licenses and strong regulatory knowledge. The role emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and process excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist Licenses in CA, TX, IL, VA, MD, WV, NV, TN, KY, WI with openness to additional licensure.
• Strong understanding of specialty medications and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate patient records and regimens to support safe specialty therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education on specialty medications.
• Monitor therapies, identify issues, and recommend clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with intake, reimbursement, nursing, and operations teams to support patient care.
• Assist onboarding and referrals to improve access to therapy.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure documentation quality and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with state boards, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, Medicare, and accrediting bodies.
• Serve as clinical escalation point for prescription and patient care concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, and accreditation activities.
• Support training of technicians, interns, and new staff.
