Job description

An organization in the specialty infusion pharmacy space is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team onsite in Overland Park, KS. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compliant specialty infusion therapies. The Clinical Pharmacist will review and verify prescriptions, provide medication counseling, monitor drug therapies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support positive patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

This position requires a strong clinical background, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist licenses in Kansas. Huge plus if has multiple of the below**
• California
• Texas
• Maryland
• Kentucky
• Strong knowledge of specialty medications and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
