Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
• Current Maryland Pharmacist licensure required.
• New graduates welcome; inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications and perform order verification in the pharmacy system.
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses and allied health professionals on drug selection, dosing and interactions.
• Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct prescriber interventions.
