Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health System, seeks an experienced Pharmacy leader to supervise clinical activities and manage the pharmacy department. You will coordinate clinical pharmacists, oversee daily schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care through therapeutic interventions and education.

The role requires MD licensure eligibility, board certification, and strong budgeting and QA/QI capabilities to align with system goals and cost-effective care delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• PharmB or MScPhm or PharmD is required.
• Pharmacist License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the clinical activities of the Pharmacy Department.
• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Clinical Pharmacists and their daily work schedule.
• Performs pharmaceutical patient care duties including kinetic dosing, DUKE's, ADR's and patient counseling.
• Conducts in-services for the medical and nursing staff.
• Responsible for the clinical training issues of all Pharmacy staff.
• Develops plans for the department and QA/QI monitoring of Pharmacy clinical activities.
