Job summary

Qualifications

• PGY-1 residency or 1–3 years hospital experience required.
• BPS certification preferred.
• Clinical pharmacist with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and review therapy for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and pharmacy staff to optimize therapy.
• Supervise students, technicians and residents in the pharmacist area.
• Support formulary stewardship and department policies.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new hires.
