Job summary

3200 North Shore Medical Center, Inc. in Salem is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our night-shift team on a 7 on/7 off schedule. The role focuses on safe, effective medication management across the hospital and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

You will oversee drug procurement, provide drug information, monitor therapies, and supervise technicians. MA pharmacy licensure and 2 years of clinical experience are preferred; new grads with relevant internship experience also

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current Massachusetts Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• New graduates with at least 2 years of clinical internship considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, distribution, and control of medications hospital-wide.
• Evaluate and provide drug information to providers, staff, and patients.
• Monitor medication therapies to promote safe use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize care.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and students.
• Support quality assurance, workflow improvements, and policy compliance.
• Maintain compliance with policies and state regulations.
