Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of one year of related pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical activities of pharmacy service area.
• Reviews physician orders for safety and appropriateness.
• Consults with physicians on medication plans.
• Ensures accurate preparation and labeling of medications.
• Provides drug information and education to patients and families.
• Participates in Pharmacy Quality Programs and interdisciplinary teams.
